1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of RevRecruit, a recruitment service that applies for jobs on your behalf for a subscription fee. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Membership Options & Fees

RevRecruit offers two membership options:

  • Standard Membership – £22 per month

  • Premium Membership – £55 per month

Your subscription will be billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

3. International Coverage

RevRecruit is available to users in the following countries: the UK, USA, EU member states, Ireland, and Canada. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with any local regulations applicable to their use of our services.

4. User Eligibility

To use RevRecruit, you must be:

  • At least 16 years old.

  • A resident of the country where you wish to apply for jobs.

5. Job Application Process

  1. Candidates complete an online form to provide details about their career goals, job preferences, and experience.

  2. Candidates schedule a 20-minute introductory chat on Microsoft Teams to discuss their job search needs and determine the most suitable membership option.

  3. RevRecruit reviews and optimises candidates' CVs to ensure they meet industry standards and are ATS-friendly.

  4. A comprehensive profile is created, highlighting the candidate's strengths and experiences.

  5. Job applications begin, focusing on securing interview opportunities that align with the candidate’s goals.

  6. Candidates will be promptly notified of any interview opportunities, along with preparation resources.

  7. Candidates receive weekly summaries of their job search progress, including applications submitted and interview statuses.

  8. RevRecruit continues supporting candidates until they secure a job.

6. Interview Guarantee

  • Standard Membership (£22/month): No guaranteed interviews.

  • Premium Membership (£55/month): Guaranteed a minimum of two interview opportunities per month when actively engaged with our service.

7. Refund Policy

RevRecruit provides a comprehensive job search service, including CV audits, cover letter templates, interview preparation, job profile optimisation, and active job applications. Refunds are not granted solely due to the absence of interview opportunities, as factors beyond our control (such as employer response times and market conditions) may impact results.

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. You secure employment through our services and accidentally continue your subscription.

    • A refund will be provided for one month of the subscription fee upon proof of employment.

    • You must request the refund within 30 days of your job start date by contacting contactrevrecruit@gmail.com.

If you have concerns about your job search progress, we encourage you to reach out for a personalised review, and we will make necessary adjustments to optimise your results.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data is securely stored and used exclusively for job applications on your behalf. We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including GDPR for EU residents.

Data will be discarded upon:

  • Job acquisition

  • Subscription cancellation

  • Your request

RevRecruit stores data in a secure Notion database.

9. Service Limitations

RevRecruit applies for jobs across all industries without restriction.

10. Termination of Service

RevRecruit reserves the right to terminate your subscription under the following conditions:

  • Creation of fake or duplicate accounts.

  • Discovery that you do not reside in a country where we provide services.

  • Disrespectful behaviour toward staff.

11. Additional Services

RevRecruit provides the following additional support services:

  • CV & resume reviews

  • Interview preparation documents

  • Guidance on optimising job profiles

  • AI-assisted improvements for applications, CVs, and cover letters

  • Job assessment preparation

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where RevRecruit is registered. Mediation or arbitration may be considered as alternative resolutions.

13. Modifications

RevRecruit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

RevRecruit is not liable for:

  • Loss of income or job opportunities.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
